Refund policy

Direct digital purchases

Because an ebook is delivered immediately as a digital file, direct purchases are generally final once access or download has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When a refund may be considered

Contact us within 14 days when a purchase was duplicated, the wrong product was delivered, or a technical defect prevents the supplied EPUB from opening and support cannot resolve the problem. Include the order email and order number, but never send card details.

Reader compatibility

The EPUB is supplied as a standards-compliant reflowable ebook. Differences in fonts, pagination, spacing, grayscale cover reproduction, and interface controls between reading devices are normal and do not by themselves indicate a defective file.

Retailer purchases

Refunds for purchases through Amazon, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Barnes & Noble, or another retailer must be requested from that retailer under its own policy.

Processing

Approved direct-sale refunds will be processed through the checkout provider to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and financial institution.
